Joint Mobilization

Exercise Rehab

Trigger point dry needling
Hands on techniques providing appropriate pressure to a joint in a specific direction to promote mobility of the joint and allow for pain reduction with active movements.
Exercises customized to your personal goals, focus on enhancing mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and stability. They include body weight exercises, dumbbell and barbell strength training, core strengthening, plyometrics, agility training, and functional exercises."
A technique uses a thin needle directly into the skin and muscle at the site of the trigger point. The process helps increase blood flow, reduce tightness, and release tension. Additionally, the prick sensation from the needle can activate nerve fibers, prompting the brain to release endorphins (the body’s natural pain-relieving chemicals)

Cupping

Myofascial Decompression (MFD)

Trigger point release
Technique using silicone cups or negative pressure cups to promote blood flow, pain reduction, relaxation, mobility and healing of the tissues.
MFD is a therapeutic technique, used to improve muscular and fascial mobility. By using graded pressures to increase blood flow, stretch, and release the fascia, promote tissue relaxation, thereby reducing pain and enhancing range of motion.
Tissue release techniques geared towards improving blood flow, decreasing pain and addressing restricted areas to promote healing with a focus on a very specific area.
